Lucy Eden's Shop Return/ Exchange Policies

Non-personalized or unused merchandise can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping fees)

Non personalized or unused merchandise returned between 16 and 30 days of receipt with receive a store credit.

Defective merchandise can exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Personalized items and used items are ineligible for returns.
